Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast, finely sliced
- 200g leek, finely sliced
- 200g Chinese cabbage Kimchi, chopped up roughly
- 100g carrot Kimchi (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
- a little coconut or other oil to fry
Directions
- Fry the chicken in a little coconut or other oil for 2 minutes until the chicken has sealed all over
- Add leek and kimchi and fry for 5 more minutes
- Add the sesame oil and maple syrup and fry for 1 more minute
- Take off the heat, sprinkle with the sesame seeds, and serve hot with boiled rice or cauliflower rice.
